Revival Group Leader Application

Revival Groups

Revival groups are a key element of GR32; they will be places of connection, discipleship, and outreach.  Each group will build relationships, seek God together, and work to meet a need of the neighborhood they are a part of.

Revival Groups can be walk-of-life based, activity or hobby based, or any sort of grouping.  Each group should incorporate the following guidelines into its rhythm: sharing food as a group, worshipping together, outreach to the neighborhood they meet in.

Please fill out the Members Request to Serve form here before completeing this application.

Your Spiritual Journey

Planning Your Group

Our general guidlines for all groups are to include food, worship and outreach.  Our recommended schedule is a 2 hour gathering beginning with food and fellowship, followed by worship, then teaching/discussion/prayer/the specific focus for your group.

We welcome groups that have a specific activity or hobby focus; and we will work with you on the best schedule and rhythm for your group.

Whatever the plan is for your group, we recommend consistantly sticking to those routines and timeframes.  Groups that regularly run longer than planned or regulalry change their pre-planned schedule become hard for people to commit to.  We are looking to build consistent opportunities for connection in our neighborhoods.

Availability & Accountability

Every person who participates in one of The Well's Revival Groups matters, we want them to experience the love of God through every interaction with our groups.  Therefore we want to operate in excellence and intentionality with the details of managing our revival groups.  We also want to be intentional to build groups that edify and build up the Body of Christ as they gather.
