Formation Groups (Fall 2025-Summer 2026) • The Well

As a trained Formation Group Facilitator, you're a vital part of leading others into deeper relationship with Jesus through intentional community. To help us plan and prepare ahead, please use this form to indicate your availability for upcoming Formation Group sessions.

We follow a four-weeks-on, one-month-off rhythm, and we’re now planning through Fall 2025 and into Summer 2026.
