If you're new to The Well, been attending, or just want to know more about us, this class is for you!

Our membership class is designed to help you find more about our community, what we are about, where you fit in, and what God has been doing through our Church!

Membership class will take place after service on Sunday, October 13th directly after Sunday Service (12:30pm-1:30pm)

Lunch will be provided for everyone in Attendance 

• Please fill out the form below for each adult attending. 
• Please indicate names and ages of children attending
• Please List any food allergies for anyone in your family who will be attending so that we can plan ahead!
